Dark Chocolate Raspberry Protein Thins

- 10 Enjoy Life Foods Dark Raspberry Protein Bites, quartered
- 1 bag Enjoy Life Foods Dark Chocolate Morsels
- 1 1/2 t. flavorless oil (i.e. sunflower or safflower)
- 1/4 C. chia seeds
Instructions

Add the quartered Protein Bites to the bowl of a small food processor and pulse until the bites resemble cookie crumbs.

Place the Dark Chocolate Morsels and the 1 ½ t. oil in a heat safe bowl. Microwave at 30 second intervals until chocolate is melted.

Spread very thinly on a parchment or wax paper lined tray, an offset spatula makes this much easier!

Sprinkle the crumbled Protein Bites and chia seeds evenly over the chocolate and place in the refrigerator to set, about 30 minutes.

Remove and tear into odd size pieces, store in the refrigerator until ready to enjoy!
