Chocolate Banana Crunch

Pair our NEW Dipped Banana Protein Bites with banana slices and melted vegan chocolate for an easy dessert to enjoy throughout the week.

Chocolate Banana Crunch

Makes 16 crunch bites

Prep Time

  1. Add the Dark Chocolate Morsels and oil to a heat-proof bowl and microwave at 30 second intervals until smooth, stirring between.

  2. Cut 8 Dipped Banana Protein Bites in half and set aside.

  3. Lay out the freeze dried banana slices.

  4. Spoon a small amount of the melted chocolate onto each banana slice, top with a halved protein bite and then drizzle with more chocolate.

  5. Refrigerate until set, about 20 minutes. These can be enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for later!
